NO. Windows is a copyrighted and protected software system that comes on CD's or DVD's. I can think of no hard disk that comes with Windows pre-installed unless it's a new PC with Windows.

Both are valid Linux operating systems that are easy to learn and can do most anything you need out of windows...maybe even more :) You will need to download an iso from either of their sites and install it to a cd or usb key. Use imgburn for the cd and unetbootin for the usb drive. Unetbootin can even retrieve the iso right from the program. Happy Computing!
