• Very simple installation basically plug an play no technical support need for windows xp and above or MAC (just purchase the correct format) it's on the box

• No. They wanted to charge us $100 just to transfer data off old memory to new memory.

• I would think not but it would not hurt to ask someone in the store. Hit up youtube for instructional videos on how to do it yourself if need be. As long as you have a spare power plug (data cable is included) it is just a simple matter of hooking up both. The power plug comes from the power supply unit box ( has multiple cables coming out of it) and the sata port will be located on the mother board in various places. Both connections are shaped like a sideways L and cannot be connected incorrectly.
