Shouldn't be a problem as long as you have a functioning USB 2.0 or 3.0 port and run Windows XP or higher. It even works with Mac OS X 10.6 or higher and mobile devices running Android 2.3 or higher as well as Apple running IOS 6 or higher.

Of course it is. Any computer with OSX, Linus or Windows and a USB port will mount this hard drive.

I have used it on a MacBook pro, hp elite book, and an older dell I have. I would think it would. I have had trouble with other brands(WD harddrives) in the past.
