• Yes. It works fine with Windows 10. Also works fine with Mac OS X 10.6 and above.

• Yes, I use Windows 10 on the computers I backed up with this drive. Good drive.

• It works fine with Windows 10 Pro and therefore I would assume that it will be ok with Windows 10 Home, but I cannot guarantee it as I do not have any machines running W10 Home.
