• Yes, I personally use Windows 10 and the drive works great. I'm not sure exactly what your second question is, but as I understand it... Yes you can view anything currently stored on the drive and even run games or programs off of it (as long as you set them up right) because all files are accessible by your computer

• Yes, it works with Windows 10, and the drive acts just like your computer's own hard drive. It's simply a second one. So, it'll behave just like your computer's drive and will be accessible in the same manner. You'll be able to see everything that is on it.

• This works well with my windows 10 trial pc at the office. I purchase 3 of these and I use it to back up data. Yes can view all pictures and individual documents.
