I haven't used it on a Wii, but I did connect it to my network router to create a network cloud. The connection I used was originally intended for a finger drive. This suggests to me that any component that a finger drive will work on, this will work as expanded storage. If the Wii has a usb port that connects to any type of storage, I think this will work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm gonna say that it will work, I'm using it for my Xbox One.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Wii U internal storage cannot be modified. It has flash chip memory instead of a physical drive. But they made it easy to integrate as external storage through the devices USB.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would use one that has a separate power supply. Nintendo website can give more detail.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Probably not, Nintendo recommends external drives with a dedicated power source. This drive gets power via USB, and it would likely not get enough juice to run games off of.
