• YES! Works just as it would with a MAC or any other device, but you would have to format the device. This applies to all devices.

• The drive is usb 3.0 and 2.0 compatible. Should work with xp if you have updated drivers.

• Yes, it works with Windows XP. Best performance with a USB 3.0 port, but it backwards compatible and works with legacy USB 2.0 as well.
