• Yes, if you are installing it inside the PS4. If you're trying to just connect it to the USB port then no it will no support it.

• technically yes, however you need to rip the casing off and install it internally to your ps4.

• If you void the warranty by opening up the enclosure and putting the hard drive in your ps4 yes. But the PS4 does not suppose external hard drives via USB.
