“Have seagate backup plus 3 TB. Connected to desktop. Installed app to iPhone, only able to back up wirelessly twice- failure most of time. Wireless connection good, battery fully charged. Unknown why error our when attempting to backup. Mike C”

• Has to be reformatted if you buy the windows version and vise versa. Simple to do ,
