• Not totally sure but it works fine on windows 7 so I would think it would work

• Yes. It will work with any Microsoft OS that has a USB port. Sorry about Vista.

• If you have a USB port on you computer. It is USB 2 but will work on USB 1. If is is not formatted for you OS you can reformat it.
