Yes works good on PC, Mac, PlayStation- I plug it into Desktop Tower or the Laptop, wherever i need it- you can upload to it, or download from it, plugs into any USB port, and will transfer faster in "lightning" Ports Best Buy sells the various Hubs and adapters for connecting with multi-device sets. i recommend the carry case with the belt hook, good for grab an go- you'll like the price.
