• Yes this will work for PS4, not sure where the dude above is getting his info. PS4's and Xbox Ones can now both use external. I myself did change my internal to my PS4, only cause I don't' want an external if I don't have too. But yes it will work.

• Nope, the PS4 does not support external hard drive. You can change the internal HHD if you need more memory.
