“I just got my bike. One key didn’t work to open the battery compartment how can I get a replacement key? I also can’t get the bike to turn on as of now the battery is Plugged into the bike and I’m charging it through the bike! I’m not sure why it won’t on”

The same thing happened to me — except BOTH keys AND NFC cards did not work. I can only operate mine with the app. Segway customer service is useless. They say they are going to help, but do nothing. This is after 5 attempts to get assistance. DO NOT BUY A SEGWAY/NINEBOT. There are too many alternatives out there to take this expensive risk!

However I lost one card in 2022 and the second card got damaged. Ive been using the app ever since. I got a new card in the mail with no instructions. Ive contacted Segway via email but no reply. The customer service number is just a voicemail repeating itself and then hangs up. Any suggestions? Please. Thank you.
