“max weight listed in specs state 265...but someone had a question and the comment said 220????”

It is 265 thats written in the manual,BUT the closer u are to the max weight it takes the scooter way more power to push. :) DONT go over the weight limit it will kill the scooter, unfortunately i know from experience.
