If you're using IOS 13 on an iPhone, you'll need to power your phone off and on again. This is what got my Sengled Home app to enable the "Next" button on the bulb setup and move to the next step and connect to my wifi.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you try turning off the 5GHz band on your wireless router? I had to do that as the bulb only connects to the 2.4GHz band. Once you turn it off, you should be able to connect the bulb and then you can simply turn the 5GHz band back on. That’s the process I did and have had no issues. Hope this helps!

If you have the one that connects through a hub, the hub has to be connected first for the lights to work. The hubless version of this light should automatically connect to WiFi. Hope this helps.
