I believe the limit is 50, but I could be mistaken. I would recommend you to set up a hub so that you can tie them all to one device. Talk to the store clerk at Best Buy and they can explain it better.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't think so because it is connected via Wi-fi. I have two of these bulbs currently connected with no issues. Each bulb connects separately and has it's own "name" so I would think the number would not be limited.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I wouldn’t know because I could not get mine to work on my Wifi. Only thing I can figure out is that it only works on 2.4ghz and my xfinity WiFi is a combination of 2.4 and 5. Returning it tomorrow
