“Senheiser 4.50 BTNC special edition bluetooth is not supporting in some programs of windows 10. it is not recognized by senheiser app of windows 10 or android either with bluetooth on or wired correction. what will be the issue?”

This headphones are not supported by the Sennheiser application. Higher tier Sennheiser headphone do such as the Momentum series amongst others.
