“When it says in the description "stereo design" Is it actually a stereo headphone ?”

It definitely seems to separate into Stereo. Not sure what "design" means either. I have an old "mono" and "stereo" CD of Beatles HARD DAY'S NIGHT Soundtrack that features all tracks. The headphones relay the Mono and the Stereo as intended.
