A:AnswerIn my case, it took two visits totaling 4 days. The first time I went to get it, the computer was not set up as requested. It was redone and I had the computer back the following day. All is well.
A:AnswerYou would need to provide the Geek Squad with the Windows 10 software. I would suggest that you visit your local Best Buy store to speak with a Geek Squad agent. You may want to consider scheduling an appointment with them first, which you can do via the link below.

A:AnswerYou are lucky to get it done if you buy it there. Geek Squad is a big joke goes double for the Geek Squad manager in Burnsville Mn. Would love to find a place with good customer service
A:AnswerIn my case Best Buy geek squad moved everything from the old computer to the new one. I did get a maintenance program with them and therefore everything was part of that plan. The plan will also cover my lap top going forward
A:AnswerHi Debbie – Android would not run natively on a device built to run Windows due to hardware architecture differences. You may want to consider picking up a Chromebook, which may be able to run some Android apps.
A:AnswerHello, Geek Squad can most certainly assist with transferring over old data to the new Mac. However, this would require you to visit one of your local stores in order to have the service done and a fee may apply. You can set up an appointment to speak to a local Geek Squad agent at BestBuy.com.
A:AnswerDo not know if you will have the same problem as my son, but we swapped out hard drives, (made it a terabyte) backed up everything at Best Buy (or they backed it up) and ever since have a screen that pops up that says it is an unverfied Windows product. So there must have been a problem with the license key that did not transfer from what was on their Flashdrive or CD that was from my old hard drive to the new hard drive. This is just FYI.
