“We have control 4( with $200 plus remote ) that we hate because of inability to control our stuff :( And Logitech harmony that does not control everything:( Would this be a plus?”

So far it has been a waste of $300. I have had it for a few weeks and can't get help to integrate or set up products. So 3 weeks of wasted money and no help. Not happy and Best Buy people have NO CLUE that they even sell this let alone how to use it.
