How heavy is it to use. I have severe arthritis in my shoulders and neck, and I'm not sure the almost 12 pound weight is do-able... anyone out there have experience with similar problem? null

You won't believe it until you use it... I could not vacuum until I got this. other vacuums killed my neck and back and I had to go to emergency room recently with a pinched nerve when I used the one I had before this. You will never use anything else. Honestly the best I have ever had and I have had many vacuums.
