Unfortunately no. I was hoping to be able to use it on an upcoming trip out of the US, but doesn’t have an option to change voltage.

No. Hair dryers are meant to be used in the country they are bought from and will likely not work in other countries even with adapters.

We would like to let you know that this unit is designed for use in North America and should only be used in a 120V outlet.
