“When the LA502 vacuum is operating in upright mode with the surface switch set to "I" (hard floor), does the brushroll still spin? Is there any way to turn the brushroll off when in upright mode (e.g., for use on a delicate area rug)?”

Seems to me it does because, that when the cleaning Fins work, I am still playing with it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We would like to let you know that the brushroll spins in both the hard floor and carpet settings. However the brushroll spins at a slower speed in the hard floor setting.
