“Just bought one of these from Bed Bath & Beyond. Got it home and cannot figure out how to turn it on. It looks like the button is at the top of the handle but when I press it, nothing happens. Is there something else? It is plugged in, lol.”

Since you are having an issue with the unit no turning on we would recommend removing the hose from the back of the unit and then reattch it making sure you are hearing an audible click. Then try powering on the unit.
