Most microwaves these days, have a lock on your door for your safety or in case a child goes in there to try to get into it. If you look at your keypad, the word door is on the zero just push that down when it says door and it’ll release the latch and then just go below and hit the button and your door will open. I’m not crazy about the idea of myself and I thought something was wrong. The first time I tried to use it too. But I can see that does have value. I haven’t bothered to look to see if it can be reset.
