Where (country) is the Model R651ZS manufactured? null

My Sharp microwave which I bought in 10-12 was made in Thailand. It is written on the back of the microwave with the serial number. I loved this microwave but it only lasted 21/2 years.

I cannot find anything on the unit itself, nor the instructions. The box is long gone. Sorry.
