Natasha, A great friend of mine was so kind to share knowledge with me for a circumstance very similar like you are asking. "Turn it off and turn it back on again." 60% of the time it works everytime!!

Internet access is a must in order to stream applications on this TV. Most common applications such as Hulu and Netflix are pre-installed however each app usually costs an annual fee.
