“If I buy this Sharp [Roku TV} that you've on sale for $199.99, do I still have to buy the Roku 2 Streaming Player? Also, do I have to have cable service? I am tired of paying the cable that all I see is infomercial. By the way, is this just TV service?”

No, if its a smart TV it has ROKU integrated. BUT you wont get free cable. Why would you think that? You can watch some cable through their apps on ROKU, but you'll still have to pay a monthly service for cable. You dont have to pay monthly for use of Roku.
