“I received a sharp cd-bhs1050 mini stereo for Christmas. I was able to play a cd ONCE and then placed 4 more CDs in each tray, closed the tray and.....nothing. How can I retrieve the CDs? Thanks.”

Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We would suggest that you remove the CD's singly, if you are not able to remove them using the normal operation, we do not suggest that this be forced open.
