“Does it play songs randomly of all 5 discs? I have a system with three discs but under shuffle and/or random it plays discs randomly or shuffles the disks around, it then plays the entire disc - that is not what i want.”

Hello Chris, the unit will randomly play songs on an individual CD until all songs have been played on that disc. Once all songs are completed on that disc it will move on to the next CD tray and randomly play songs from the disc in that tray.
