TDillion, I am using GIMP @ 4k on a Sharp Roku TV, amazing the details I missed or can improve on images I created on a 1080 monitor. I would believe many deviantart.com artist should be working @ 4k, not 1080 any longer. Especially with 4k TV selling for $200. Still puzzled why 4K monitors are expensive, when a $200 4K TV can be used for digital artwork... Takes a powerful video card to display a good 4k resolution, but well worth the effort to get this resolution. With 8K TV coming to shops in the US next year, any artist doing detailed line work will want, to migrate upwards from 1080 or 2k monitors. JR
