You can use the wifi from a smart phone but t mobile is the only plan that lets you stream with out killing you in costs , rember video and audio eat the most bandwidth , you can end up with a couple thousand dollar bill at the end off the month , most unlimited plans throttle you back when you hit a certain point

If your Hotspot wi-fi is unlimited and a good speed... it should work fine.

You can use either your internet cable DSL situation....or you could use the wifi from your smart phone. I don't know if using so much wifi off smart phone is cost prohibitive or not.........if it's same as cable internet or less, which I doubt, then go for it, plug her up from your smartphone, Sweetz.
