• Yes you can and depending on which harmony you have , the elite and any off the ones that have a wifi base with blaster it will scan for the in devices and automatically find the roku inside off it

• After you turn the tv on and select cable with the ROKU remote then you can use the universal remote.

• Not with the roku features. Only with the cable.
