“Is there any way that this TV can download a browser so I can browse the web? Either through ROKU or another APP I would think that it's possible to download a browser onto a SMART TV. Need detailed instructions if it's possible.. thanks”

Yes but the capability of the browser on the TV is not as good as on your computer. Go to google and use the search 'can I download a browser on my smart tv' to see lots of information.
