With door busters, it is usually "first come, first buy". These are done as loss leaders to get people into the store with the hopes that, while there, they will buy more. And, they traditionally limit the supply to encourage people to show up early. Thus, once they run out of the TVs (which, based on the very low price and limited supply, will be very quickly), that will be it and they won't honor the ad after that. That is true not just at Best Buy but at all of the stores with Door Buster sales.
