“Does it cost money to use HDR Roku TV? And, please do not tell me to call a toll free number for details. I want the TV as long as I don't have to pay to register/use Roku. Again, I'm hoping you can answer my question here instead of telling me to call.”

No it dosent cost a thing you only pay for subscription to non free streaming services i.e HBO cinemax showtime etc. The hdr or high definition resolution is just 4k and a long as the streamed content is free then there is no charge.
