“I have this TV hooked up to HD cable-box with an HDMI cord and cannot get HDMI 2.0 (60Hz) to produce any audio, only picture. I can get audio on HDMI 1.4 (30Hz) but I just bought this TV with the capability of HDMI 2.0. Anyone know why?”

• Try a 4K HDMI cable. You will get better picture quality too.
