How do I turn on the TV if there's no buttons on it null

There actually is a button I underneath the tv and it gives you a coue.9f.options so you keep.pressing it until.it says turn off tv and let.the highlighted cursor stay on it and you can also download the roku app it has the same buttons.as the remote in my opinion it's a little better
