“Is it normal for the Carousel to be unsteady and rattle when the microwave is touched? The glass literally wobbles. My old Sharp did not do this. I am wondering if a part is missing? Is the glass to only sit on the center star like connector?”

Hi Lisa, if the glass tray is positioned properly in the microwave, rattling is unlikely. The roller guide should be placed inside the microwave first and then the glass tray on top. Please ensure that the grooves of the glass tray align with the coupler in the middle of the microwave. You may refer to page 27 of the manual for an image displaying this.
