This microwave replaced another Sharp microwave that was probably 15 (or more) years old. It takes up less counter space than the old one and is considerably lighter. We are pleased with the new microwave. I got the wifi feature to work quickly. Some reviews have noted that the light is only on when the microwave is running, but not when the door is open. I think that is a good thing. If you have family members who open the microwave door, but forget to close it, you aren't running the light unnecessarily. Overall, we love the new microwave and would recommend it.

This is a nice microwave for a decent price and it does the job. I am not sure if it’s because I haven’t bought a microwave in 10+ years but they seem a bit flimsy are these days but overall the quality seems fine. I do enjoy the Alexa feature as I find myself now just telling Alexa to microwave as opposed to punching in the numbers.

Great microwave! I Love it! Thank you, God! Have to give four star review, however, because the setup instructions didn't mention my wireless router network had to be 2.4GHz for Alexa to work? The microwave WiFi wouldn't pair nor connect to Alexa on my Echo while my wireless router was set at using 5GHz.

So far this has been a great microwave. Easy to use, especially like the Alexa feature. It’s also easy to keep clean. It’s just the size we needed.

Item came missing the slider guide. When I called Sharp they said none were in stock and someone would be reaching out in one day. Its going back Bestbuy. The frank around keypad is also broken, pops away from the unit and I have to press it down. This microwave is very junky compared to my 12 year old Sharp. Seems to cook decent. I ordered another, if this one comes with missing parts I will be returning it and going with a different brand. How many more years will we be blaming covid for poor customer service? The no light u less cooking stinks as well. fingerprints are always left bwhind.#overit

So far it has done everything asked of it. It was very easy to setup as have been most of my Alexa devices for the last few years.

This is an updated version of my previous Sharp - Carousel microwave, which lasted over 20 years! I love the new convenience features such as +30 seconds and easy one button controls. I didn’t need Amazon Alexa and could have saved $30. I thought I could could use the wi-fi for just setting the clock so if you don’t plan on using Alexa, get the model without it. This is a great looking powerful mid-size microwave. The only thing not an upgrade is that the light does not go on when the door is opened. The light is on only while it is cooking and shuts off as soon as it’s finished. Also, the panel, other than the time, is very dark and hard to see. However, for my purposes, this is a terrific microwave and I would recommend it.

Great for our space. Hart tried the Alexa yet but the microwave is sleek and works great.

This one is working great. So happy with it and the Alexa voice was a nice addition! We had our last Sharp microwave for 35 years! So easy to order through Best Buy and was delivered quickly too!!

Bought this Sharp Carousel to replace a Sharp Carousel that lasted ten years. Basically the same operation as the previous one -- although changing the power level on this new one is more cumbersome. Also, don't like and don't use the Alexa feature -- so that was a waste of money. However, overall I'm happy with it.

nice looking with look a like stainless steel front door. run smoothly with very low decibel. food warm up great. Didn't use Alexa feature since it is useless feature. Who in the world want to put food in the microwave then program to warm up at later time? I want to get my food warm as quickly as possible.

Works well. Does get fingerprints on the stainless portions.

I love this little thing. I searched everywhere for the size I needed. Couldn’t find anywhere. Gave up and just ordered online. Turns out it was perfect size and perfect power .

I only had this microwave for 2 months and it is working great. Much better than the Panasonic

Was exited at first, but only a few uses it overheated?? Nothing around it well ventilated and it blew out. So disappointed. Will be contacting customer service in regards to this issue.

Great microwave. Easy to use and add to WiFi. No longer have to setup the clock :-)
