Q: What is the height of the door?
A: Hello, the height of the door is included in the overall outside dimensions which is 12.0" (H).
Q: Does the LED light up the numbers and other controls on this microwave?

Q: Does this unit have a light when the door is open and not in use?
A: Hello, the unit does not have this feature. The light comes on when the unit is in operation.
Q: Does the listed height include the foot pads??
A: Hello, the feet of the unit is included in the 12.0" height measurement.
Q: Where is the cord for this unit located? How much additional space is needed to accommodate it?
A: Top right hand side behind the unit. It has a stand off of about 1 1/4”. Also the plug will stick out around 2 1/4”

Q: How can I lower or turn off the “beeping” sound when pressing number and microwave is done ?
A: I'm having the same issue re: the beeping when the microwave is done and just wrote a review about it. It's very annoying, and there doesn't any way to turn it off.
A: Hi Lisa, if the glass tray is positioned properly in the microwave, rattling is unlikely. The roller guide should be placed inside the microwave first and then the glass tray on top. Please ensure that the grooves of the glass tray align with the coupler in the middle of the microwave. You may refer to page 27 of the manual for an image displaying this.
