A great microwave for small places and work very good

I purchased this for my sister. Man microwaves got expensive. I love purchased one similar without alexa over 2 years ago and it has worked great for me. I am a single man, works for me. One touch start is great press 1 for one minute etc.

I like it so far. It does work with Alexa with basic commands. If you like your old Sharp Carousel microwave, this is a good upgrade.

This was a replacement of a 14 year old Sharp microwave. I am very pleased with it. I would recommend this model and brand.

Strong machine. Perfect. Love the timer also, that’s a huge plus.

Horrible. Where to start. HOW do you get the plastic off and out of all the crevices? WHERE is the interior light? WHY is there no instant minute button? WHY WHY WHY would you cover something in sticky plastic that it takes a surgeon to remove and causes little shreds to get all over your house? I had a sharp carousel for years, which I loved, but this is BEYOND DISAPPOINTING.

Fantastic microwave for a small kitchen. Easy to use

I had a space requirement but still needed power... perfect!

First unit only worked for a week. It would not heat the food. Returned it and so far so good with the second. The Alexa integration works well. Sharp really does need to fix the plastic film issue as others have complained as it is very difficult to remove.

I replaced an older and larger 1200 watt Sharp Carousel microwave (it lasted over 20 years! with this one and despite its cooking power being only 200 watts less, it takes almost twice the time to heat food than my previous one did, which I don't quite understand. I'm beginning to wonder if this oven actually has 1000 watts of power. In any case, for the most part it seems to cook adequately. The smart feature can be useful and I use the Alexa functions almost exclusively, but there's an extremely annoying feature that I don't understand why Sharp added: after the cooking stops, the unit continues to chime every 45 seconds - 1 minute.. I assume Sharp decided to add this as some kind of reminder so you wouldn't forget you had put food in the oven (???). There seems to be no way to turn this off, and if I'm busy with something and can't immediately remove the food from the oven for a few minutes it becomes very irritating to listen to it continue to chime. It would be great of Sharp could either remove this useless feature in their firmware or at least provide a setting in the Alexa app where it can be optionally turned off.

This microwave having problems during operation. It’s auto shutdown power during operated it. Try to keep it but issue connecting.

Terrible!!!!!! Over heats after one use and shuts off…

Bought this as a replacement for old Sharp microwave after it gave out after 10 great years. The new model works fine but lacks two features that I loved : you have to hit the time cooking button before entering cooking time if you want anything other than preset times. Also there’s no light on when you open the door.

Totally displeased This microwave burnt out within 7 months of use. I strongly do not recommend. I do not know why they make such a substandard product. Will never buy Sharp again. Stay clear of this product.
