“We just purchased these yesterday for my husbands job. He has used them one day and has noticed constant feedback. He will be talking to a client then the line just goes to static noise. Any idea what would cause this?”

Could just be a bad cellular connection or maybe the unit , I work in a very active outdoor atmosphere . And I have not had an issue. Using over 6 months.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Tell him to try and use these with just the bluetooth connection and just unplug the USB if he is using these with a PC. I too had some troubles with the USB link in my laptop but they work great with just a bluetooth connection.
