Am I the only one getting an occasional variable battery discharge rate on these headphones? The right side can be down sometimes as much as 10-20% compared to the left. Why is this? null

You my want to keep clean the charger case,  ether male sure the case is full charged.
Otherwise you my want to contact the customer services

Check to make sure the earbuds are actually making contact with charging pins and the earbuds is secured properly in the case. This has happened to me in the past.
