Are these adjustable for different size heads? null

absolutely, very thin wire, the pair I have are titanium metal band across the back, super light and don't squeeze, when not using, I just drop them around my neck and they just rest there and have never shifted, even when working out!

No. Seems to adapt well although I could not use them under my ski helmet
