“I’m wondering if the sound is loud enough for others to hear? For example if I’m listening to music at a medium level in a museum, will it disturb the other people?”

If a person is within 2 feet of you or closer, they might vaguely hear some very very light sounds coming from the Shokz, but they would have to have very good hearing to accomplish that, especially if the volume is in the medium range.
