Can these be used as a hearing aid? null

I have inner ear damage, but the nerves are still intact. These work by bone conduction and if you were to make your phone a microphone I don’t see why they would not

I'm not sure. In my honest opinion, I wouldn't know and it's hard to guess. I would say they help but I'm not sure if they're effective as hearing aids.
