It’s a Bluetooth device. I don’t know if Bluetooth frequencies interfere with pacemakers. Contact Shokz. Their customer service is exceptional! (Yet another reason to purchase these headphones!)

Yes, the magnets in thrm arent very strong and when warn appropriately are quite far from chest. About as dangerous as a fridge magnet.
