QuestionHow should these fit? The original size fits but there’s a gap of an inch or so between my head and the headphones in the back. The mini fits well but the loop of the headband portion is close to touching my head. Which fit is the ideal one?

- Answer Hello- Shokz here! Having at least a 1-inch gap between your head and the headband is normal. Some customers find that the OpenRun Mini provides a more snug fit and less stress on the back of the ears. - Answer Hello- Shokz here! The OpenRun does not have a mute button on the device. They would have to be muted within the program being used. However, the OpenComm2 UC does have a mute button on the headset and is designed to be used in online meetings.
