QuestionCan this model simultaneously pair to 2 phones at the same time, and automatically swap depending on Music/Phone call? Less expensive units do this easily, but I have had 2 failures after about a month with the cheaper units.

- Answer Depends on usage. Lower volume lasts longer. I had mine last a 8 hour shift just using as background music.

QuestionI have lost the charging cord for my Shokz Open Run Bone Conduction headphones. Where can I get a replacement cord. The one I have has 2 magnetic nipples to affix to the headphone.

- Answer You can buy Amazon or Shokz website. Cannot buy in retail. Shokz website says a two pack I believe.
