A:AnswerI’m not sure about swapping in a SIM from that carrier but I tried aSIM from another carrier and it did not fit. You could compare sizes of SIMs or buy and return if it doesn’t fit. I will add a picture.
A:AnswerIs your term of service over? I paid for 15 gm for 30 days. Never used up the 15 gb. But when the 30 days was over I couldn’t connect to the internet. It will show data rates on the hotspot and allow connections even if your term is expired. I paid for another month and everything started working again. I did have to find another connection to purchase the new month of service though.
A:AnswerNo, I took the Simple Mobile - Moxee 4G No-Contract Mobile Hotspot to an AT&T store and they wouldn't place their AT&T sim card into the mobile hotspot because it didn't look like it was "unlocked". Thankfully the AT&T customer service gal told me to get clarification from Best Busy confirming it was "unlocked" before purchasing their AT&T sim card because it's a non-refundable purchase.
Reading through the product manufacture description for the Simple Mobile-Moxee4G Mobile Hotspot, it does state that this hotspot is "locked".
Is this phone unlocked?
